9. THIRD-PARTY MERCHANTS
DailyHaulDeals does not manufacture, store, distribute, inspect, ship, fulfill, sell, warranty, or control products and services offered by third-party merchants.
Any purchase, return, refund request, warranty claim, customer service issue, shipping dispute, product defect claim, or transaction-related concern must be addressed directly with the applicable merchant or service provider.
DailyHaulDeals is not a party to transactions conducted between users and third-party merchants.
